The Coaching Process

  • Dream it.

    We start off by evaluating the blocks that are holding you back, uncovering current patterns, lack of boundaries, and any limiting habits. We also determine what you don’t want and clarify what you do want in your life.

  • Build it.

    We go through the fundamentals of Mike Dooley’s Infinite Possibilities program, pinpointing patterns that you’d like to work on and areas where you want to grow. We build a strong base of tools for you to use whenever needed.

  • Grow it.

    We build upon each lesson and evaluate everyday happenings. It is in this step that discipline, awareness, and accountability come into play most. As you practice being the person you envision, dreams begin to come true.

  • Live it.

    Once the fundamentals have been laid and you are practising being your best self, I encourage your new habits, and you become stronger and more empowered. The work continues to expand and new hurdles come up, all of which I help guide you through!

Who is this program best suited for?

I work with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, age, and gender, including: immigrants, LGBTQ+, teens, elders, BIPOC, leaders, business owners, teachers, health care professionals, job/career seekers, individuals in all phases of relationship, single or partnered parents, people in recovery, survivors, artists, black sheep, over-thinkers, people-pleasers, etc!

How do payments work?

Invoices are emailed at the end of each month including dates and the total amount due. Following the receipt of this email, payment is due the first week of the month via e-transfer, PayPal or wire transfer.

What is the cancellation policy?

To honour each other’s time, we agree to a 24-hour notice for either cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Medical emergencies excepted.

What is Patrice’s specialty?

My specialty is helping you create the life that you want! Each program is tailored to the individual’s needs. We focus on topics such as creating healthy relationships, discovering passions, improving physical and emotional health, building abundance, navigating life transitions, practising peaceful parenting, finding joy and many more.

How often and where do we meet?

Coaching hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. Weekly calls are conducted online on Google Meet or Zoom. A link is emailed to you prior to each meeting.

How much does it cost?

I choose to work with people of all backgrounds, therefore my hourly rate is set on a sliding scale. If money is an issue, our first focus will be on healing financial blocks and creating abundance.
